Can I share my iMuscle 2 data between other platforms i.e. Apple – Windows, Android – Apple?

It is currently not possible to share workouts or personal data between Android, Windows and Apple devices. Cross platform compatibility is something we will be working towards in the future. For the moment, you only have the ability to share between compatible platforms i.e. Apple – Apple, Android – Android and Windows – Windows.

How do I sync my iMuscle 2 workout data between my iPad, iPhone and Mac?

How to sync between iPad and iPhone via iCloud: (*First please be sure to have an active internet connection on both devices and also be sure the receiving device has at least one user created*)
  1. Make sure Wi-Fi is “On” on both devices. You can do so via Settings > Wi-Fi on your iPad and iPhone. Be sure you’re connected to the same network on both devices.
  2. Log into your iCloud account on both your iPad and iPhone. You can do so via Settings > iCloud on both devices.
  3. Open iMuscle 2 on either device (Be sure you’re running the latest version of iMuscle 2).
  4. Tap on the “More” tab, then tap on “Back up & Sync”.
  5. Tap on “Back up to the cloud”.
  6. Then open iMuscle 2 on the receiving device and navigate to More > Back up & Sync. This time select “Restore from the cloud”.
How to sync between iPad/iPhone and Mac via iCloud: (*First please be sure to have an active internet connection on both devices and also be sure the receiving device has at least one user created*)
  1. Make sure Wi-Fi is “On” on both devices. You can do so via Settings > Wi-Fi on your iPad/iPhone and via System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi on your Mac. Also, please be sure that both devices are connected to the same network.
  2. Log into your iCloud account on both your iPad/iPhone and Mac. You can do so via Settings > iCloud on your iPad/iPhone and System Preferences > Internet & Wireless > iCloud.
  3. Open iMuscle 2 on either device (Be sure you’re running the latest version of iMuscle 2).
  4. Tap on the “More” tab, then tap on “Back up & Sync”.
  5. Tap on “Back up to the cloud”.
  6. Then open iMuscle 2 on the receiving device and navigate to More > Back up & Sync. This time select “Restore from the cloud”.

How do I e-mail my workouts for iMuscle?

In order to e-mail your workouts, you simply need to have an e-mail account set up on the sending and receiving device. Once you’ve both e-mail accounts set up, please be sure to have an active internet connection on both devices and also be sure the receiving device has at least one user created. Next:
  1. Open iMuscle 2 on your device.
  2. Open “Workouts” and choose desired workout.
  3. Once you’ve chosen the workout you’d like to send, tap on “Send”.
  4. You’ll be presented with instructions on how to share via e-mail. Select “Send”.
  5. You’ll be redirected to your e-mail account set up on your device. Enter the receivers e-mail address, and press “Send”. The workout has been sent.
  6. Open the e-mail account on the receiving device. You should have received an e-mail containing the workout.
  7. Tap and hold (or click) on the icon of the workout for approx. 2 seconds, and you’ll be presented with a choice of apps to use in order to open. Select “Open in iMuscle 2”.
  8. You’ll then be redirected to the app, and a notification asking do you want to import the workout, select “Import”.
