About
The Ankle & Foot Pro III gives users an in depth look at the ankle & foot allowing them to cut, zoom & rotate the ankle & foot. It provides multiple cross sections as well as the ability to cut away different layers revealing the muscles, blood vessels, nerves and connective tissue down to the skeleton. Also included are animations highlighting muscle movements and joint functions, images of every major nerve, muscle and vessel isolated and audio pronunciations of every label.
Zoom, Rotate & Cut
The app allows users to zoom in to and rotate the ankle & foot, stopping it at any angle with a simple tap or click. Graphical hints can be turned on or off and help guide the user for seamless navigation. And rather than just the standard anatomical views, you can view the Ankle & Foot from different angles such as Anterior, Lateral, Posterior, Medial.
Users can slice the Ankle & Foot to get Coronal, Sagittal and Transverse cut views (where available). These views are fully labeled.
View info, media and public notes for pins
Users can add and remove layers using the scalpel tool. And the ‘mix layers’ button can make one layer semitransparent, which is useful when comparing one layer against another layer.
Press the Index button and the user is offered an index of the pins available. Select a pin and the app will automatically take the user to that pin and label it. Or simply press the pin button on the floating toolbar and all available pins will instantly appear. Pins contain detailed information and you can add notes as well as create custom pins!
Media & Animations
Users can access audio pronunciations for each pin (163 in total). There are also 220 images of every nerve, muscle and vessel isolated and 28 animations highlighting muscle movement and joint function.
Illustrate & Quiz
The new pen tool allows users to draw on any screen image and then share it through email, Facebook or Twitter – a great aid for both study and demonstration!
