Listen for cues

You’ll be counted into your first exercise to give you time to prepare. Here you can see what’s first up and also if you need any props! Don’t worry, the most equipment you’ll ever need is a single step! All done?  Let’s rock this workout. The HIIT counter clock will count down to zero. Follow the model’s lead. The pace of the model’s reps has been tailor made for your level. You can also check the rep time on the right of your screen Let’s go!

Pause timer

Time running away from you? Tap this button at the bottom left of your screen to reset the countdown clock. Phew! Need a bit more time to prep or looking to check out the upcoming technique? Tap anywhere on the countdown circle to pause it. From here you can explore the technique more fully and return when you’re ready or you can simply tap resume when you’re feeling primed.

Reset timer

Started too fast? Tap reset timer in the bottom left corner to begin the countdown again. After each exercise blast is up you’ll hit a rest period where you can catch your breath and see what’s next before your next one starts.

Switch technique

Hit a technique that doesn’t suit you? You can easily switch it out using this button for a different one of equal benefit to your routine.

Pause and interact

Interrupted? Or just can’t quite master the form? Tap anywhere on the model or the pause button to enter pause mode. This super handy mode pauses your workout timers and allows you time examine the technique more thoroughly by exploring the animating model or taking a look at the text guided snippets Or to just answer your door! You can also rotate the model to angle that suits you to follow during your workout When you return to the workout you can just carry on as if you’d never left.

Add cooldown

Want to avoid aching muscles tomorrow? Add a 2 minute cooldown to the end of your routine and perform the relaxing stretches to compliment the work you’ve done and restore your energy.
