Want to track your Progress and make sure you’re hitting your goals?

Set up a profile

First things first, you’ll need a profile so your workout stats can be saved to your 3D4medical account. It’s easy to register, go to settings, my account and Create Profile.

View progress

All set up? Head to the progress section using the menu along the bottom of your screen.

Reminders

Remember, coach is there to guide you but if you only WANT to do 3 workouts a week you can. Easy! Set a reminder here in settings to prompt you when a scheduled workout rolls around, and make sure you never miss a workout.

Want to see what’s up next or have super fast access to your next scheduled workout? Here is a useful tool from coach to jump straight in. Just tap here to customise in advance or dive straight into working out.

View your achievements

Want to see how far you’ve come? Tap on workout log to revel in the workouts you have completed and see when you did them. You can look through your history and navigate straight back by tapping ‘Today’ If you’re using coach you can also view recommended scheduled future workouts on your calendar.
