Using the Model

Get the most out of iMuscle HIIT by exploring the fully interactive 3D Model in the Explore tab of your menu.

Rotate

To rotate the model, drag your finger across the screen, or up and down to get a higher or lower angle view.

Zoom

Pinch using two fingers to zoom.

Pan

To pan around the model without rotating, use two fingers and drag. This is super useful when zoomed in.

Select a muscle

To select a muscle, simply tap it. The info panel will appear, where you can view workouts for that muscle region or school up on common injuries, wellbeing and anatomy associated with it. To deselect the muscle just tap outside the model or tap another muscle to select it instead.
