After choosing a workout, you can tap on the techniques tab and explore the individual exercises contained in that routine. If you want to take a closer look, or practice before you workout, follow the step-by-step guide, prepared by a team of fitness and medical professionals.

Switch exercises

Find lunges aggravate your achilles heel? No problem! Simply switch it out for another technique with the same benefits by tapping this icon in the top left corner of the exercise card. Then slide the carousel until you come across something more appealing. Great!

Set workout times

Are you short on time and need a super fast workout to fit into your daily routine? Just tap on the time tab and drag the timeline left or right to line up the amount of minutes that you’d like to workout for. You’ll be offered a recommended workout time but you’re free to adjust this to a time that works for you, keeping in mind that, moving your body often, will always help bring you towards your healthier self.

Temporarily adjust levels

Have a combo of  weak knees and super strong arms? No problem. You can adjust your level temporarily for this workout only; Leaving your overall level as it is.
