How to use Coach

Not sure of where to start or lacking motivation? Don’t worry, your virtual coach will guide you with scheduling recommendations, level suggestions and reminders. Your coach will set a goal recommendation for you, according to your level. You can customise this by choosing which days you’d like to work out on, and these become your weekly goal settings.

Recommendations

Your coach will set a goal recommendation for you, according to your level. You can customise this by choosing which days you’d like to work out on, and these become your weekly goal settings. This isn’t set in stone! You can edit these in the progress section at any time by tapping on ‘edit plan’.

Notifications

Need a push in the right direction? Coach will send you motivational messages to keep you on your A-game. These can be turned off in Coach Notifications in settings. You can also set helpful reminders to do your scheduled workouts at any time that suits you. Edit this by navigating to settings and choosing ‘Coach Notifications’ and ‘Workout Reminders’.

Workout log

Your coach will arrange carefully selected workouts into a plan just for you. This is kept here in ‘Workout Log’. Check this out to see both your completed workouts and also scheduled workouts, marked in your calendar. Tap on a date to see which workout is planned. From here you can preview the workout and recommended time or switch out techniques. This will be saved and ready for you when you perform that workout.
