Texture Artist

3D Team

The Texture Artist for 3D4Medical will work with the 3D department and medical experts to texture engine-ready organic and anatomical models. They will collaborate with the in-house and outsourced team to create high quality Medical animations with the best quality models, textures and renders.

 

Description:

 

3D4Medical, the world's most successful medical software application provider, is looking for a Texture Artist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team in our HQ in South Dublin. 

The Texture Artist for 3D4Medical will work with the 3D department and medical experts to texture engine-ready organic and anatomical models. They will collaborate with the in-house and outsourced team to create high quality Medical animations with the best quality models, textures and renders.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  •       To help the 3D Department with UV mapping and texturing.
  •       To develop and manage procedural, and photorealistic textures in several specified styles for the 3D4Medical engine and Animations.
  •       To understand the project requirements and develop high quality textures including all supporting maps.
  •       To follow closely reference material, be resourceful and creative.
  •       To Texture paint organic and anatomical 3D models within 3Ds Max, Photoshop, ZBrush or Mudbox.
  •       To assist the Animation team with content creation and modification when required.

 

Requirements

  •       Experience with 3D Studio Max, ZBrush or Mudbox and Adobe Photoshop, preferably with 3 years industry experience
  •       Experience with UV mapping and texturing in a real time engines and working with normal maps.
  •       Excellent artistic, painting, and texturing skills and commitment to quality work product.
  •       In-depth understanding of color theory and application.
  •       Able to manage time effectively in deadline sensitive environment.
  •       Able to process and apply feedback constructively.

 

Bonus Skills:

  •       Understanding of Organic modeling and modeling skill is a plus.
  •       Traditional painting skills.
  •       Interest in Science and Human Anatomy.

The Visual & Motion Designer Intern will join the growing 3D4Medical team in order to meet our increasing demands to produce amazing video productions for in-house requirements. The role will require an exceptional grounding in business and digital media with an excellent understanding of interaction design and all contemporary visual production methods.

Job Description:

 


The Visual & Motion Designer Intern will join the growing 3D4Medical team in order to meet our increasing demands to produce amazing video productions for in-house requirements. The role will require an exceptional grounding in business and digital media with an excellent understanding of interaction design and all contemporary visual production methods.

 


Key role & responsibilities:


  • Filming for live webinars & events.

  • Capturing footage from our award-winning app using Quicktime and Editing in Adobe Premiere.

  • Supporting the video team in creating animated lower thirds in Adobe After Effects.

  • An ability to assist the creative process already in place, while also demonstrating the ability to take initiative and develop or enhance to existing processes.

  • Provide unique and dedicated support to the Video & Design team.

  • Support the wider Design team, by demonstrating an understanding of the creative and artistic processes involved in production.

Requirements:


  • The successful candidate must display basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere and After Effects).

  • Some experience with DSLR camera shooting.

  • Knowledge of audio and video editing.

  • An interest in Storyboarding, 2D and 3D Animation.

  • The successful candidate must be an excellent team player with a willingness to show initiative and generate enhancements to current procedures.

The candidate will specifically possess strong copy-writing skills, while specialising in tone-sensitive, creative and professional marketing solutions.

Job Description:

The Marketing Executive will join the growing 3D4Medical team in order to meet our increasing demands for a highly-skilled and passionate Marketing candidate. The role will require exceptional communication skills with an excellent understanding of social media and all contemporary marketing avenues. The candidate will specifically possess strong copy-writing skills, while specialising in tone-sensitive, creative and professional marketing solutions.

 

                Key role & responsibilities: 

=  The successful candidate will liaise and collaborate with a range of internal departments in order to produce and deliver required marketing solutions.

=    An ability to adopt the required tone, develop key concepts and deliver engaging solutions while taking initiative and working to strict deadlines.

=     Conducting market research and analysing social media trends.

=     Specific and detailed analysis of internal marketing campaigns

=     Support the Director of Design, Head of Communications & Regulatory Affairs and other key members of the senior team.

=     Support the Design team, by demonstrating an understanding of the creative and artistic processes involved in campaign production.

 

Requirements:

=    The successful candidate must display great knowledge of contemporary marketing avenues.

=     Excellent communication, organisational and scheduling skills.

=    The ability to take initiative, structure and prioritise workload with an ability to generate and present new ideas and strategies to the  senior team.

=     Exceptional grasp of the English language.
